That is very bad news with the stance they are taking on used games, will push a lot of people over to Playsation, including me

The post will just be lost over there - as for the used games they have that point wrong. I think you will find it is an anti-piracy measure only. 2nd hand market is dear to Microsoft's heart and they were against companies charging a tenner to access live from a second game.
I hope thats the case, paying a fiver for an online pass would be much more agreeable as some game producers do already. If they only allow a game to be played on the first xbox that it was put inside that would be an almighty disaster, you wouldnt even be able to take it around your mates house for some split screen mayhem.
